Oven

Preheat oven to 200°C. Remove all packaging. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes (200°C / fan 180°C).

Boil in water, soup or hot pot

Bring a pot of water to a boil and place the frozen meatballs directly into the water. Cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, or until the meatballs float to the surface and are heated through.

Air fryer

Place the frozen meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd. Cook for 10 minutes (185-195°C), shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.

About Us

The name "Tai Lung Fung" originates from Hong Kong’s unique cultural imagery.
Traditionally, “Tai Lung Fung” is a phrase full of Hong Kong flavour, symbolising liveliness, abundance, and warmth. Whether at festive occasions or casual street gatherings, these elements are always present. The characters “Dragon” and “Phoenix” not only represent good fortune, but also embody the prosperity and richness found in Chinese cuisine.

The founders of “Tai Lung Fung” chose this name to express their deep respect and love for Hong Kong’s food culture. They believe “Tai Lung Fung” is more than just a dining brand—it carries emotional meaning, connecting overseas customers with their memories of home, while also allowing guests from around the world to experience the unique warmth and richness of Hong Kong’s culinary spirit. At “Tai Lung Fung” every dish and every gesture comes from the heart, bringing customers back to the streets of Hong Kong to savour the true taste of home.
